The cast and crew of the movie will have mother’s name before them as Balakrishna will be titled as Basavatarakaputra Balakrishna and the director himself as Anjanaputra Krish. The same thought and approach is being implemented in a ‘“Maa Ka Naam” campaign by the Star Network in partnership with BCCI. Numbers of cricketers and celebrities have been roped to endorse this campaign. The three cricket icons- Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane were spotted proudly wear their mother’s names (Devki Dhoni, Saroj Kohli and Sujata Rahane) on their jersey instead of their own names or father’s surnames.
